Cancellation Policy
Control what happens when a member cancels their membership.
30-day cancellation policy
Members are billed one final cycle after cancellation and retain class access for 30 days after that final bill. When OFF, cancellation is immediate — no final bill, access ends immediately, status changes to Alumni right away.
